Pre Treatments
Cleaner 45 is an excellent general purpose Alkali soak cleaner, Cleaner 45 can also be used where ultrasonics are employed. This highly activated process can be used for ferrous and non-ferrous metals and is effective over a range of operating conditions including low concentration.
Cleaner BOS is a highly effective alkaline soak cleaner which will remove a wide variety of soils including mineral oils, greases, machine oils and lanolin from ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Cleaner 505 is a non-etch cleaner ideal for all cleaning applications where no attack on the base metal can be tolerated.
Alkaline Cleaner LFT is a low foaming, silicate free, heavy duty soak/electro cleaner for the removal of oils, grease and lanolin.
Electrocleaner with high Alkalinity. Excellent surfactant, free rinsing with no or minimal foaming.
Electropolishing can be used on stainless irons and steels as an alternative to expensive mechanical polishing.
Econovate Plus is an advanced formulated acid activator containing complexants which prolong the bath life and avoid re-deposition. Econovate Plus also has derusting properties.
Brasspol is an acid immersion process which polishes and smoothes copper alloys of all types with no risk of attack or darkening of the metal surfaces.
Alzon CF is a cyanide free process specifically developed to produce a thin, tightly adherent zinc alloy film on aluminium.
Plating Chemicals
Decochrome is a high speed decorative chromium plating process. Decochrome Catalyst is supplied as a liquid which is added to chromic acid solution.
High purity technical grade Chromic acid.
Neutralising Salts for Chromic Rinse Waters. Reduces Chrome in rinse waters to trivalent state.
Cubrite 2000 produces brilliant mirror bright copper deposits with excellent levelling over a wide current density range.
Ni-star MF (CAF) is a state of the art cadmium and ammonia free electroless nickel-plating process, designed to depoist a uniform, bright nickel - phosphorus deposit.
Highly levelled, high throw fully bright Nickel process, recommended for the most demanding of applications.
General purpose wetting - anti-pitting agent for use with Nickel plating baths.
ZINCOBRITE AZ ULTRA is an acid zinc with a hyper concentrated additive system producing bright, highly levelled deposits.
Zincobrite ALK Plus is a unique additive system that exchibits excellent brightness across a range of current densities at low and high temperatures with tolerance to high impunity levels, from a cyanide-free, alkaline solution.
Exceptional ALC has been developed to produce very bright zinc deposits with excellent distribution from a cyanide-free, alkaline solution.
Post Treatments
Zincovate Jet Black 2 produces a uniform black color on alkaline zinc deposits.
Zincovate Jet Black AZ 2 with Zincovate Jet Black 2 produces a uniform black color on acid zinc deposits.
